Most people at some point come across one type of medicial emergency or another whether it is at home with the family, at work or around town.  Knowing some basic first aid can be the difference in an emerceny situation.

NEVER delay calling 911.  We would rather respond and have you not need us,
than delay your call and potentially make a bad situation worse.
