Busy week for our firefighters at Trappe Fire Company.

It first started on 06/24/26.

While attending the fundraising event, Trappe Fire Company along with Collegeville Fire Company were dispatched to an electrical fire outside at Italian Delite Pizzeria & Restaurant on West Main Street in Trappe at 1926 hours.

Engine 77 arrived and assumed 1st due Engine. While on scene, crews observed an electrical fire attached to the building, with an odor and haze inside the restaurant.

Engine 77’s crew established a water supply, fire suppression and evacuated the building. The assignment was upgraded to a building fire brining UPT Fire & Emergency Services Perkiomen Township Fire Company Skippack Fire Company Royersford Fire Department and Lower Providence Fire Department.

All companies worked together to isolate the issue and check the building for any fire inside.

Peco was requested to the scene and secured the power. The incident was placed under control and the fire was contained to outside the building.

On 06/25/26 at at 1553 hours Trappe Fire Company along with mutual aid from Collegeville Fire Company Perkiomen Township Fire Company UPT Fire & Emergency Services Royersford Fire Department Skippack Fire Company and Lower Providence Fire Department and Friendship Ambulance were dispatch to a house fire on Bronson Circle in Trappe Borough.

First arriving units found smoke in the garage and a working fire was dispatched.

One line was stretched and crews conducted a primary search .

Firefighters found a small fire in the garage which was contained to the garage and no extension .

The fire was quickly placed under control, and no injuries were reported to any firefighters or civilians.

As always, thank you to our volunteer firefighters at Trappe and our mutual aid partners for the quick response.
