Station 86, Engine ,Tanker 66, Ladder 77 and Ladder 89 were dispatched to SCI Phoenix Prison in Skippack Township around 0122 hours for a laundry room on fire.

CH 86 arrived and confirmed a working fire with heavy smoke showing from the laundry room. Ladder 77 responded with a crew of 4 and assisted with ventilation and checking for extension on the roof.

A working fire dispatch was requested bringing Tower 53 (RIT) Engine 52. Three extra engines were requested bringing Stations 76, 83 and 51. Ambulances from 336 and 324 assisted with rehab and any injuries.

The fire was placed under control with extensive overhaul at 0215 and units remained on scene for overhaul until 0337 hours.

There were no injuries.
