Units Coordinate Landing Zone For Aeromedical Transport

Station 77 and Station 34 were dispatched to set up a landing zone (LZ) at Collegeville Park for Penn Star 4 following a motorcycle crash on East Ninth Avenue in Collegeville Borough.

Chief 34 established LZ34 on PSCL 1 while Squad 34 and Engine 77 crews set up the LZ for the helicopter.

Once EMS arrived at the LZ, crews assisted in transferring the patient from the ambulance to the helicopter.
